Christopher R. Nusser is a Senior Project Manager with Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc. (E&LP) with over ten (10) years of experience in civil site engineering and site planning. Mr. Nusser has extensive professional engineering experience in site plan engineering, including conceptual site planning, traffic circulation design, sanitary sewer systems, storm water management facilities, solar energy generation systems, wetlands/flood hazard area delineation and permitting, septic system design and local and state approvals.
Mr. Nusser has developed, designed and prepared all aspects of site development plans, including existing facility expansions, site modifications, and the new construction of various commercial, residential and industrial facilities.
